"As we started moving around dancefloors more often, taking in a fresh dose of energy and adapting some new viewpoints, we consider this release as a love letter to more club oriented sounds rather than focusing on tedious days-lasting sound design sessions. In usual TRAKA fashion, it's a genre fusing gumbo of electronic music, taking inspiration from Breaks, Footwork, Dubstep and Garage among others veiled in obscure samples that paint a pretty murky and distorted picture of sounds that we enjoy. We are grateful for our collaborations on "Wheeling" with MUADEEP, and "NNNN" with COIDO. APTID is an acronym that should remain undisclosed, but is closely related to the everlasting needs of creatives chasing the "goal"."
