Cloverskin, a French composer of electronic music, mixes a style that is individual, traditional and innovative - compositions that should make him the talk of the town. For Solardish Records he provides concrete compositions here: "The Ranch" has a remarkably lead melody that would sound tired if it didnt bounce, a creaking acoustic sample of what might be a rocking chair grinding into the floor. "Waterflow" marks a shift to a reflective mood. Its atmospheric sounds round off a strong first release and suggest that Cloverskin has more surprises up his sleeve.
