'This album is about my journey through the 2020 period to the current reality of life for ever changed. The collection of groove's act as a timeline of emotion, and self discovery in this new existence.  Lessons of patience, perception, and my warrior spirit are sonically expressed through tempo, and arrangement, with intent to influence the same sensations to the listener. Moods change from track to track as quickly as they do in the body and range from any flavor deemed fit for the day.'
