Fleck E.S.C

Tokyo based French artist Fleck E.S.C returns to Bass Agenda Recordings with House of the Python, an EP that perfectly defines his outlook on Electro. There are references to familiar structures, but by and large this is about him drawing sound between the lines that so many stick to.

His sound is instantly recognisable. The opening resonant alien bell sounds of ‘Carbon Heat’ immediately tell you it's him. ‘Nocturnal’ builds beautifully as a dark electro trip, with metallic tectonic plates heard shifting in the background. ‘Spring in Mind’ is an audio diary of seasonal change, beginning in cold rhythms and atmospherics and warming as melodic blossoms appear on the soundscape - opening his sound palette a little further than ever before in true demonstration of his drive to explore rather than repeat. And there is more.

For a short EP a lot of sonic ground is covered here and, as always, Bass Agenda is proud to bring you something a little different.
