Septabeat a.k.a. Sam Gardner is the jazz-percussionist-gone-producer that this genre needs to hear. The drummer, who has played for the likes of Submotion Orchestra and the Outlook Orchestra, has decided to go solo in this exciting new endeavor, combining live drums and percussion with sequenced beats, lush melodies, and driving bass lines. His experiences on the sticks playing a variety of styles has heavily influenced the Septabeat trademark sound; unique, spontaneous, organic, and ever unpredictable. We are pleased to announce that Septabeat has agreed to release an EP of his work with us to give our listeners a little taste of what he has to offer.
