March 12, 2018, London, UK: Warm Ears Music, one of London’s youngest drum and bass labels, are proud to welcome up-and-coming producer R1C0 to the family. He makes his debut on the label with two brilliantly crafted tracks jam-packed with deep bass, ghastly atmospheres and rattling basslines. 

Lead track ‘Artificial Light’ storms in with a dark and heavy yet classy sound. The mellow vocal tames deep basslines, orchestrating an authentic take on drum and bass. ‘Step Right’ has already been turning a lot of heads in the industry. This brilliantly crafted track builds momentum with uplifting sounds, dark atmospheres and fading female vocals.

‘R1C0’s two-tracker is our second release of 2018 and we are happy to add his unique sound to our repertoire of good vibes. This year, we have a full schedule of quality drum and bass releases comprising the Warm Ears sound that we’ve all come to know and love’, said Gabriel Cernea, Founder Warm Ears Music.

Hailing from the UK, Henry Skinner aka R1C0 has been producing drum & bass, with strong elements of liquid and vocals, but a wide range of styles from deep and soulful, to dark and steppy. Since his debut in 2015, R1C0 has begun to establish himself on the drum & bass scene with releases on Soul Deep, Fresh Recordings, Skankandbass, and most recently two releases with Celsius Recordings.
