Daega Sound

TUBA announces the return of the West Coast of Canada's premiere bass music group, Daega Sound, to the label with the release of our latest 12" record.  TUBA 008 features three deadly, bass heavy tracks that embody the duo's unrelenting dedication to creating the best sound system music.

Each track on the record takes the listener to a different, carefully crafted sonic world. On the A side Under Pressure opens with an unstoppable rhythmic phrase which in turn accompanies a merciless bass line. Spirit is a relentless roller that builds to unrecognizable heights. Perfect for the peak hour dance-floor. Abyss is the deep counterpoint as it opens the record up musically while maintaining a driving pulse.

Daega Sound have their own unique take on creating dubstep and dance music. Driven solely by their lifelong love of music, they are steadily laying a foundation of releases and performances gaining national and international critical acclaim in the ever-evolving bass music scene. Their sound is polished and sophisticated, with a dubbed out quality and heavy emphasis on sub bass. Intricate syncopated drum rhythms laced with unforgettable melodies sit on top of layers of ethereal soundscapes, creating an unmistakable atmosphere.
